My mission stems from a deeply personal place. When my father arrived in Switzerland as a young refugee, he carried nothing but hope and determination. He worked as a cook while studying, eventually becoming an engineer — but more importantly, he became living proof that with support and opportunity, anyone can thrive.
This experience shaped my understanding that success isn't just about personal achievement — it's about creating pathways for others to succeed. Every leadership role I've taken, every project I've initiated, and every line of code I've written has been guided by this principle.
I've seen firsthand how a single person believing in someone's potential can change everything. Now, I want to be that person for others — whether it's helping refugee families navigate their new home, empowering students to find their voice, or building technology that makes opportunities more accessible.
